Shipping policy

We carefully pack and dispatch all items using tracked postal or courier services where available.

Smaller items are usually shipped within 1–3 working days. Larger or more fragile pieces, including furniture and oversized decorative objects, may require additional preparation time depending on the packing and destination. In most cases, these items are dispatched within 3–7 working days.

As many of our pieces are vintage or antique, particular care is taken when packing fragile ceramics, glass, lighting, and decorative objects to help ensure they arrive safely.

International shipping is available for most items. Shipping charges reflect the cost of careful packing, handling, and tracked delivery.

For larger items, combined shipping, or destinations not listed at checkout, please contact us prior to purchase and we will be happy to provide an accurate shipping quotation and estimated delivery timeframe.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
